- Water - 13 fl oz
- Dried lima beans - 5.6 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 5.3 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Spinach - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dry the peas in a dry skillet for a short time — as soon as they start to smell fragrant, remove from heat. Grind into flour (if you can't make flour, you can crush it into crumbs or cook it as is, then blend the cooked mixture in a food processor).
Step 2
Dissolve the pea flour in cold water until it reaches a paste-like consistency and pour it into boiling salted water. Reduce the heat and cook, stirring, for about 15 minutes, making sure the peas do not burn. Grease a bowl with vegetable or butter and pour in the prepared 'gel', smooth it out, and let it set.
Step 3
Slice the onion into half rings, slice the champignon mushrooms, sauté them in vegetable oil, add spinach and spices to taste, and sauté.
