- Lamb - 10.6 oz
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Pea shoots - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 1.1 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 1.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Lamb Fat Netting - to taste
- Salt - to taste

Soak the peas for 5 hours, then rinse thoroughly.
Step 2
Rinse the meat and cut it into pieces.
Step 3
Peel, wash, and slice the onion into half rings.
Step 4
Wash, peel, and dice the carrots.
Step 5
Fry the lamb in hot fat or oil until a golden crust forms, add the onion and carrots, and continue frying for another 15 minutes.
Step 6
After the carrots and onions are sautéed, pour in boiling water, add the peas, spices, and cook for 20–25 minutes, then salt and cook the porridge until ready.
