- Rabbit - 1.8 oz
- Pea shoots - 10.6 oz
- Raisins - 7.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 7.1 oz
- Fat - 5.3 oz
- Carrot - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Dill - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the peas and soak them for 2 hours.
Step 2
Wash the carrot, peel it, and cut it into large strips.
Step 3
Peel the onion, wash it, and slice it into half-rings.
Step 4
Rinse the meat and cut it into pieces.
Step 5
Wash the tomatoes and slice them.
Step 6
Rinse the raisins.
Step 7
Wash the herbs and chop them.
Step 8
Fry the onion in fat until golden brown, stirring constantly.

Then add the meat.

Fry for 10 minutes, then add the tomatoes.

Fry for 5–7 minutes.

Add the raisins and bay leaf.

Pour in 200 ml of water.
