- Carrot - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 5 tablespoons
- Fat - 1.1 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Raisins - 3.5 oz
- Chicken Broth - 17 fl oz
- Spices - to taste
- Salt - to taste

Rinse the peas and soak them for 2 hours.

Wash the carrot, peel it, and cut it into large cubes.

Peel the onion, wash it, and slice it into half-rings.

Rinse the meat and cut it into large pieces.

Rinse the raisins.

In a deep skillet, heat the vegetable oil with the addition of animal fat, add the meat, and fry until golden brown.

Fry the onion with the meat until golden, then layer the carrot on top, immediately pour in the broth, add the peas, and cook over moderate heat until done.
