  • Rabbit - 14.1 oz
  • Pea shoots - 14.1 oz
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Vegetable Oil - 5 tablespoons
  • Fat - 1.1 oz
  • Onion - 2 heads
  • Raisins - 3.5 oz
  • Chicken Broth - 17 fl oz
  • Spices - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rinse the peas and soak them for 2 hours.

Step 2

Wash the carrot, peel it, and cut it into large cubes.

Step 3

Peel the onion, wash it, and slice it into half-rings.

Step 4

Rinse the meat and cut it into large pieces.

Step 5

Rinse the raisins.

Step 6

In a deep skillet, heat the vegetable oil with the addition of animal fat, add the meat, and fry until golden brown.

Step 7

Fry the onion with the meat until golden, then layer the carrot on top, immediately pour in the broth, add the peas, and cook over moderate heat until done.

Step 8

Season the porridge with salt and spices.

Step 9

Cook over high heat.

Step 10

When the porridge is ready, add the raisins, and turn off the heat after 10 minutes.

Cover with a lid for 30 minutes.
