Step 1
Peel the peach and mash it into a puree. In a shaker, place 4–6 cubes of crushed ice, pour in one and a half parts of brandy, grenadine, and liqueur, then add the peach. Shake until frothy.
Step 2
Strain into a chilled wine glass and top with sparkling wine, stir. You can garnish with a slice of fresh peach.
