Ingredients
- Donut Peaches - 4 pieces
- Pear schnapps - 4 fl oz
- Lime Juice - 1 fl oz
- Dry Champagne - 25 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel 3 peaches and cut them into small pieces. Transfer to a blender. Add the schnapps and lime juice and blend everything until smooth. Transfer to a container and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
Step 2
Pour the champagne into a pitcher and add the peach mixture. Stir, pour into glasses, garnish with slices of the remaining peach, and serve immediately.
