Ingredients
- Donut Peaches - 10 pieces
- Chopped almonds - 2.1 oz
- Spinach - 10.6 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms - 8 pieces
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 3 tablespoons
- Merlot Grapes - 5.3 oz
- Mayonnaise - 1 jar
- Orange juice concentrate - 2 fl oz
- Ground Cinnamon - ¼ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the spinach and mushrooms separately and let them cool.
Step 2
Wash the spinach, clean it, chop it, and place it on chilled serving plates.
Step 3
Layer the sliced mushrooms, cheese, grapes, peaches, and almonds on top.
Step 4
Mix the mayonnaise, orange juice, and cinnamon.
Step 5
Serve the dressing separately.
