Ingredients
- Penne rigate - 17.6 oz
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 14.1 oz
- Avocado - 2 pieces
- Bacon - 3.5 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1 cup
- Mayonnaise - 7.1 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 4 tablespoons
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 teaspoon
- Green Butter - 8.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta in boiling water for 8–10 minutes, then drain. Rinse under cold running water to cool it down quickly.
Step 2
Sauté the bacon in a pan until it is completely browned. Drain the fat and chop finely.

Step 4
