Ingredients
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Celery stalk - 4 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Herbed Cream Cheese - 3 tablespoons
- Feta cheese - 10.6 oz
- Honey - ½ teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - 6 tablespoons
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Thyme - 12 sprigs
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the vegetables. Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds. Dice the pepper halves and slice the celery into thin rounds. Peel and chop the onion.
Step 2
Cut the feta cheese into small diamond shapes.
Step 3
For the dressing, mix the vegetable oil, vinegar, and honey.
Step 4
Season the dish with salt and pepper, and add the herbs. Combine the sweet peppers, onion, and celery. Top with the pieces of feta cheese.
Step 5
Dress the salad with the prepared dressing. Optionally, garnish with thyme. Serve well with a French baguette.
