  • Onion - ½ piece
  • Spanish onions - ½ piece
  • Iceberg Lettuce - 1.8 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Wheat Flour - ½ cup
  • Safflower Oil - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare the fish fillets. Pass through a meat grinder with the onion, lettuce, and slightly soaked bread. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Knead the filling and form small cutlets. Coat in flour.

Step 3

Fry in sunflower oil on both sides until cooked through.
