Description
You can use pork instead of veal, white mushrooms instead of champignons, and vegetable oil instead of margarine.
Ingredients
- Veal - 14.1 oz
- Rice - ½ glasses
- White Cabbage - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Sweet Pepper - 2 pieces
- Champignons - 7.1 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Red Long Chili Peppers - 1 tablespoon
- Margarine - 2 spoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Chicken Broth - 1 qt
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the diced meat and chopped onion in margarine.
Step 2
Combine the shredded cabbage, sliced peppers, and chopped mushrooms. Add the meat. Sauté briefly.
Step 3
Place in pots, cover with broth, and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
Step 4
Cook the rice until it's partially done, then rinse it, drain it, and add it to the pots. Simmer on low heat.
