Ingredients
- Garlic - 4 heads
- Water - 15 fl oz
- 9% Vinegar - 0 fl oz
- Salt - 0 oz
- Green peppercorns - 10 pieces
- Allspice berries - 2 pieces
- Black Cumin (Cumin) - 1 tablespoon
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Beetroot - 0 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Cut off the stems and trim the roots from the garlic.
Step 3
Remove the outer skin from the garlic, ensuring that the cloves remain intact.
Step 4
Blanch the garlic in boiling water for 10 seconds.
Step 5
Then transfer it to ice water to cool quickly.
Step 6
Transfer the cooled garlic to a jar, packing it in tightly with slices of fresh beetroot.
Step 7
Bring water to a boil with salt and spices for the marinade.
Step 8
Then remove from heat and add vinegar.

Pour the hot marinade over the garlic, cover it, and let it cool completely.

Then place it in the refrigerator. After 2 weeks, the garlic will be ready.
