- Courgette - 1 piece
- Skate Fillet - 7.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Potato - 1 piece
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the zucchini into small cubes. Place in a skillet, add salt, mix thoroughly, cover with a lid, and cook over low heat.
Step 2
When the zucchini releases its juice, remove the lid — it’s important not to miss this moment, or the zucchini will become too soft. Increase the heat and cook the zucchini, stirring constantly, until the juice evaporates.
Step 3
Finely chop the pike fillet.
Step 4
Beat the eggs with a mixer until frothy, add the cooled pike fillet and the cooled zucchini (I chopped the tomato on top and added some herbs). Bake over low heat for 20–25 minutes.
