Description
Special literature states that bacon should be added to pike cutlets to eliminate the smell of mud and to make the cutlets very juicy.
Ingredients
- Skate Fillet - 26.5 oz
- Bacon - 5.3 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 1.1 oz
- Smoked salt - ½ teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a meat grinder, grind the pike fillet cut into pieces, the slices of bacon, and the chopped onion.
Step 2
Add salt and 0.5 teaspoon of smoked paprika to the minced meat. Don’t be stingy with the pepper.
Step 3
Mix well. The mixture will be very sticky.
Step 4
In a skillet heated with vegetable oil, place the formed fish cutlets coated in flour. It’s better to make the cutlets not too small, about 100 g each.
Step 5
Lightly fry on both sides and transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 6
Send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to 356°F for 6 minutes.
Step 7
Garnish to your taste. In the photo, there are 33% cream and green dill oil on the plate.
