  • Rice - 0.5 oz
  • Butter - 0.5 oz
  • Garlic - 0.1 oz
  • Water - 1 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cook a thick porridge from the rice and water, then cool it.

Step 2

Pass the pike perch flesh along with the porridge and chopped garlic through a fine meat grinder two to three times, add 5 grams of melted butter, and mix well with a damp hand.

Step 3

Form 10–12 meatballs and steam until cooked. Serve with butter.
