Ingredients
- Pike - 28.2 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Lemon - ½ piece
- Fish Oil - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the bell pepper into strips, the onion into half-rings, and the tomatoes into rings.
Step 2
Sauté the vegetables in vegetable oil for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add fish seasoning to the vegetables.
Step 4
Rub the pike with salt and pepper inside and out. Stuff it with the vegetables.
Step 5
Secure the belly of the fish to prevent the filling from falling out.
Step 6
Then place the fish in a baking dish, generously sprinkle with fish seasoning, and add lemon slices on top.
Step 7
Place the dish with the fish in the oven for 40 minutes at 392°F.
Step 8
Garnish with herbs.
