Description

Ingredients

  • Onion - 2 pieces
  • Carrot - 2 pieces
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pike - 4 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Clean the fish, wash it, and cut it into small pieces.

Step 2

Add salt. Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings.

Step 3

Slice the carrot into rounds.

Step 4

Remove the seeds from the pepper and cut it into cubes.

Step 5

In a baking dish, place half of the vegetables, then the fish, and then the remaining vegetables.

Step 6

Pour boiling water in until it's about halfway full and place it in a preheated oven.

Step 7

Bake for 5–6 hours until the bones become soft.
