Ingredients
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Ground meat - 28.2 oz
- Bread roll - 3 pieces
- 20% Sour Cream - 2.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion.
Step 2
Add breadcrumbs (100 g) or a roll soaked in warm milk.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper, and mix with the ground meat.
Step 4
Add the sour cream and mix well.
Step 5
Divide the mixture into two parts and shape each into a large cutlet.
Step 6
Make an indentation and place 2 boiled eggs in it, sealing well.
Step 7
Place both cutlets on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180-200°C until cooked through.
