Ingredients
- Long-Grain Rice - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken fillet - 14.1 oz
- Spices - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken fillet well, cut it into small pieces, and rub it with chicken seasoning. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and add the chicken, frying until half-cooked.
Step 2
Grate the raw carrot on a coarse grater. Finely chop the onion. Add them to the chicken and let it simmer until fully cooked.
Step 3
Take three pots and place the stewed chicken in them. Add 2 tablespoons of rice to each pot.
Step 4
Add enough water so that the level is 2 cm above the rice (I used about 1 cup of water for each pot). Salt, add spices (I added curry, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper), cover the pots with lids, and place them in a preheated oven for 45–60 minutes.
