- Long-Grain Rice - 2 cups
- Olive Oil - 2 teaspoons
- Chopped Green Onions - ½ cup
- Celery stalk - ½ cup
- Chicken Broth - 4 cups
- Herbed Cream Cheese - 2 teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
- Cayenne Pepper - 0.1 teaspoons

Heat the broth over medium heat.
