Ingredients
- Rice - 1 cup
- Onion - 1 head
- Dried Chinese mushrooms - 1.8 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Mushroom seasoning - 2 cups
- Salt - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sort and rinse the rice, then sauté it in butter. After that, boil it. Soak the dried mushrooms in a small amount of warm water for 20 minutes, then drain the water.
Step 2
Chop the onion, clean and slice the bell peppers into strips. Sauté the mushrooms, onion, and peppers lightly and combine them with the rice. Then add the tomato paste and mushroom broth. Simmer until thickened over low heat, then finish cooking in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3
Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped herbs.
