Ingredients

  • Peach Juice - 8 fl oz
  • "Citro Lemonade" - 8 fl oz
  • Mint Leaves - 0.6 oz
  • Frozen Raspberries - 4.4 oz
  • Sambuca - 2 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the pineapple juice, lemonade, and finely chopped mint leaves. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Transfer the raspberries to a small bowl and gently mash them with a fork.

Step 3

Pour the sambuca into 4 glasses, then pour in the strained pineapple juice and carefully top with the raspberries. Serve immediately.
