Ingredients

  • Pineapple - 1 piece
  • Avocado - 1 piece
  • Cilantro - 0.7 oz
  • Spanish onions - 1 head
  • Olive Oil - 2 spoons
  • Salt - ¾ spoons
  • Champagne Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - ½ spoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the pineapple and avocado (200-250 g) and cut them into cubes, then slice the onion into very thin half-rings. Finely chop the cilantro.

Step 2

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, season with salt and pepper, then add the vinegar and oil and mix well.
