Description

- Water - 13 fl oz
- Coconut Liqueur - 2 tablespoons
- Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee - 4 tablespoons
- Rose water - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the water in a small saucepan and add the coconut cream. Heat the mixture without boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and let cool. Add the sweetened condensed milk, rose water, and food coloring (if using).
Step 2
Pour into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 1 to 1.5 hours. Then remove from the freezer and fluff with a fork. Return to the freezer and freeze until solid.
Step 3
Scoop the ice onto a glass dish and sprinkle with rose petals.
