  • Onion - 0.7 oz
  • Minced garlic - 1 clove
  • Canned Tomatoes (Pelati) - 5.3 oz
  • Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons - 6.3 oz
  • Dry White Wine - 1 cup
  • 33% Cream - 5 tablespoons
  • Thyme - 0.2 oz
  • Scallions - 0.5 oz
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Parmesan Cheese - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Melt the butter in the olive oil in a skillet.

Step 2

Add the chopped onion and garlic, cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3

Add the tomatoes and salmon, cook for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Pour in the wine and wait for it to evaporate.

Add the cream and chopped thyme.
