- Pasta (corkscrew) - 8.8 oz
- Beetroot - 1 piece
- Ham - 5.3 oz
- Walnuts - 10 pieces
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 1.8 oz
- Kalamata olives - 1.8 oz
- Cream - 2 fl oz
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Herbs - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted water with the beetroot until al dente.
Step 2
Cut the ham into strips and sauté in butter.
Step 3
Peel half of the lemon and cut it into small pieces.
Step 4
Toast the walnuts in a dry pan and chop them coarsely.
Step 5
Chop the olives and black olives finely.
Step 6
Prepare a sauce from cream and tomato paste. Add salt, pepper, and chopped olives.
Step 7
