Pissaladière
Ingredients
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Spanish onions - 4 heads
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Anchovy fillet - 10 pieces
- Black Cumin (Cumin) - ½ bunch
- Spinach - 3.5 oz
- Pizza Flour - 17.6 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 2
Sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic in butter and olive oil (120 ml) until golden brown. Season with spices.
Step 3
Add the chopped anchovies, cumin, and spinach, and simmer for 1 minute until the spinach wilts.
Step 4
Meanwhile, roll out the dough into 1 large or 2 medium circles. Place on baking paper.
Step 5
Evenly distribute the filling on top with a spoon and make 4 holes in each quarter. If making 2 pizzas, make 2 holes in each.
Step 6
Crack the eggs into the holes and sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
Step 7
Bake for about 12-15 minutes until the eggs are set but still runny inside.
