  • Cucumbers - 1.1 oz
  • Pickled Cauliflower - 1.1 oz
  • Pickled garlic - 0.4 oz
  • Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
  • Pickled Cauliflower - 2.1 oz
  • Tomatoes - 1.8 oz
  • Poultry - 3.9 oz
  • Yogurt powder - 1.8 oz
  • Kefir - 1 fl oz
  • Cilantro - to taste
  • Curry - to taste
  • Cardamom - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Marinate the chicken in Georgian Svan salt and fry it in a khospers. Alternatively, if using boneless meat, you can bake the chicken in the oven at 392°F for 30 minutes. You can also grill the meat on a barbecue.

Step 2

Slice the cucumbers, tomatoes, pickled red onion, chili pepper, and pickled cabbage into thin strips.

Step 3

Cut the pita in half, spread sauce inside, fill it with the filling, and bake it in the pita for one and a half minutes.
