Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Non-alcoholic sparkling wine - 7 fl oz
- Ocean salt - ½ teaspoon
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Dry yeast - 0.2 oz
- Sugar - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dissolve the yeast and a pinch of sugar in room temperature mineral water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Pour olive oil into the dissolved yeast, add salt, flour, and knead into a stiff dough.
Step 3
Cover the dough with a towel and let it rest at room temperature for 3–4 hours.
Step 4
After 3–4 hours, you can start preparing the pizza.
