- Sourdough Bread - 1.8 oz
- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Water - 5 fl oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Potato - 1 piece
- Spinach - 3.5 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 1.8 oz
- Cauliflower - 4 pieces
- Frozen green bean pods - 2.1 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1.8 oz
- Oregano - to taste
- Basil - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Olive Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Knead a firm pizza dough and place it in a warm place to rise for 2–3 hours, covered with a towel.
Step 2
Peel the vegetables and chop them into large pieces. Steam them for about 15 minutes or sauté in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 3
Roll out the dough and spread tomato sauce on it, then layer the vegetables on top. Sprinkle with oregano and place the pizza in an oven preheated to 428°F for 15–20 minutes.
