Pizza "Four Seasons"
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Water - ¼ cup
- Salt - a pinch
- Morels - 1.8 oz
- Ham - 1.8 oz
- Crushed Tomatoes in Their Own Juice - 1.8 oz
- Pitted olives - 1.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Melted Cheese - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Gradually mix the flour and warm water, add salt, and prepare a stiff dough. Wrap it in a bag or damp cloth and set aside for about 20 minutes.
Step 2
Knead and stretch the dough by hand into a flatbread, quickly fry on one side in olive oil. Drizzle oil on top, and layer all the ingredients in the following order: tomatoes, cheese, ham, mushrooms, olives.
Step 3
Preheat the oven, using only the top heat setting. Place the pizza in for about 10–12 minutes until the filling is cooked.
Step 4
Serve immediately with very cold beer!!!
