Pizza "Four Seasons" with Ham and Anchovies

Ingredients

  • Pizza Flour - 17.6 oz
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 1 tablespoon
  • Parma Ham - 2.6 oz
  • Melted Cheese - 5.3 oz
  • Tomatoes - 3.9 oz
  • Pickled Chanterelles - 1.8 oz
  • Capers - 1 tablespoon
  • Olives stuffed with lemon - 8 pieces
  • Anchovy fillet - 4 pieces
  • Fresh basil leaves - to taste
  • Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 446°F along with a pizza stone or baking tray.

Step 2

Dust the work surface and rolling pin with cornmeal and roll out the dough into a 25 cm circle. Then stretch the dough by hand from the center, pressing the edges with your fingertips — it doesn't have to be a perfect circle, but it should be thin enough.

Step 3

Carefully place the dough on the hot stone. Spread the sun-dried tomato paste, layer the ham, sprinkle with diced mozzarella, arrange the sliced tomatoes, sliced mushrooms, capers, and olives. Top with the anchovy fillets in a crisscross pattern, and add the basil leaves brushed with olive oil. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil.

Step 4

Bake the pizza in the oven on the top rack for 10–12 minutes until the crust is golden brown. Remove from the oven and garnish with basil leaves. Serve immediately.
