- Cheese Spread - 7.1 oz
- Pizza Flour - 10.6 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Spicy salami - 3.5 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grease the surface of a round baking pan with oil. Slightly knead the dough, then mix in the grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle flour on the surface where you will roll out the dough and roll it out.
Step 2
Finely chop the salami and cheese into small pieces and mix them together. Spread over the dough, leaving narrow edges free.
Step 3
Cut the boiled eggs in half, then cut each half into 3 pieces. Arrange them lengthwise in strips.
Step 4
Roll into a log and seal the edges well. Curl the log into a ring and secure the edges. Place in a round baking tray. Cover with plastic wrap and let it sit for an hour — the dough should rise to the edges of the tray.
Step 5
Brush with oil. Place in an oven preheated to 220°C (428°F) for 45 minutes, until the dough is baked through and golden brown.
