Pizza with Artichokes and Canned Tomatoes
Ingredients
- Pizza Flour - 10.6 oz
- Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Canned White Asparagus - 10.6 oz
- Baking Tomatoes - 8 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Spread the dough with tomato paste and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Step 2
Remove the artichokes from the jar and let them drain, but do not discard the oil.
Step 3
Take the tomatoes out of the jar and let them drain.
Step 4
Slice the artichokes and arrange them on top of the cheese layer. Coarsely chop the tomatoes and distribute them over the artichoke layer, season with pepper and salt, then drizzle with 1-2 tablespoons of the oil from the artichokes.
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 220°C (428°F) until the dough is golden brown. Garnish with parsley.
