Ingredients
- Walnuts - 2.3 oz
- Pizza Flour - 17.6 oz
- Walnuts - 1 tablespoon
- Arugula - 5.3 oz
- Goat cheese - 3.9 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 446°F and place a pizza pan inside.
Step 2
Once the pan is heated, add the walnuts and toast them until fragrant, about 5 minutes, stirring and watching to prevent burning. Carefully transfer the walnuts to a plate and return the pan to the oven. Lightly break the walnuts if they are very large.
Step 3
Roll out the dough to the size of the pan and brush with 1 teaspoon of walnut oil. Next, layer the arugula and sprinkle with goat cheese and walnuts. Drizzle with the remaining oil and sprinkle with black pepper.
Step 4
Transfer the dough onto parchment paper and then onto the hot pan. Bake until golden brown, about 12-16 minutes. Remove from the oven, cut into segments, and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Serve immediately.
