- Cheese Spread - 7.1 oz
- Pizza Flour - 10.6 oz
- Bacon - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Tomatoes - 5.3 oz
- Asparagus - 1.8 oz
- Leek - 5.3 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Milk - 7 fl oz
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Herbs - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Blanch the asparagus for 10 minutes in boiling salted water.
Step 2
Slice the cheese into thin pieces.
Step 3
Sauté the tomatoes in a small amount of butter until the juice evaporates.
Step 4
Sauté the finely chopped onion in butter, do the same with the carrot and leek, frying the vegetables separately.
Step 5
Roll out the dough and place it in a baking dish or skillet. Arrange the bacon, cheese, tomatoes, onion, carrot, and asparagus.
Step 6
Beat the eggs with milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper, and pour over the vegetables. Sprinkle with herbs on top. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes at medium temperature.
