Pizza with Cherry Tomatoes, Mozzarella, and Arugula
Ingredients
- Dry yeast - 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour - 13.2 oz
- Olive Oil - 1½ tablespoons
- Water - 7 fl oz
- Cherry Tomatoes - 14.1 oz
- Mozzarella Cheese - 17.6 oz
- Arugula - 1 bunch
- Grated Parmesan cheese - to taste
- Brown Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sift the flour, combine half with sugar, salt, and yeast in a mixing bowl.
Step 2
Add warm water and olive oil, and start kneading the dough. Gradually add the remaining flour. Knead for about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise for 1–2 hours.
Step 4
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Divide the dough into 4 parts, stretch each by hand, and shape into rounds. Top each mini pizza with tomatoes and mozzarella. Drizzle with olive oil.
Step 5
Place in a preheated oven at 230ºC (450ºF). Bake for 12–15 minutes.
Step 6
Sprinkle the finished pizzas with arugula and parmesan.
