- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Chicken Liver - 14.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Cheese Spread - 7.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Cream - 3 tablespoons
- Sugar - to taste
- Nutmeg - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Knead the dough from butter, sour cream, and flour and leave it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Roll out to an even layer 0.6-0.7 cm thick to fit the baking tray. Place a strip of the same dough around the edges and brush with egg yolk.
Step 3
Evenly spread the filling made from pre-prepared chicken liver (boil and pass through a meat grinder, add cream), place slices of tomatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese, drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with nutmeg and herbs. Top with mayonnaise mixed with the egg.
Step 4
Bake until cooked through.
