- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Whole egg - 2 pieces
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Chicken offal - 7.1 oz
- Pasta (corkscrew) - 3.5 oz
- Poultry - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Herbs - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Knead the dough, form it into a ball, and leave it on a damp cutting board for 1 hour.
Step 2
Boil the chicken fillet and offal separately.
Step 3
Cook the pasta until al dente.
Step 4
Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut out 2 circles — one large and one smaller. Place the large circle in a greased baking dish to cover the bottom and sides.
Step 5
Spread the pasta, offal, and chicken on the dough.
Step 6
Chop the onion and spread it on top in a thin layer.
Step 7
Cover with the second circle of dough, pinch the edges, and place in a hot oven until a golden crust forms.
