Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 21.2 oz
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 1½ cups
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 5 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Dry yeast - 0.7 oz
- Cheese Spread - 1.1 oz
- Mayonnaise - 5 tablespoons
- Cod Liver - 8.8 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 2.1 oz
- Herbs - to taste
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Hazelnut - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the yeast, sugar, and 0.5 cups of water and let it sit in a warm place for 20-30 minutes.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix the butter, tomato sauce, 0.5 cups of water, and salt, then add it to the yeast mixture.
Step 3
Add the flour and knead the dough. If it is too thick, add 0.5 cups of water, mix thoroughly again, and let it rest for 30-40 minutes.
Step 4
Divide the dough into 5-6 parts, roll each part into a flatbread, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Spread tomato sauce on the dough, top with cod liver and sliced mushrooms.
Step 6
Boil the eggs hard, chop finely, and place them on top of the mushrooms.
Step 7
Sprinkle the pizza with grated cheese, place it in the oven, and bake at 150 °C until done.
Step 8
Drizzle the finished pizza with mayonnaise mixed with hazelnuts and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
