- Water - 21 fl oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Dry yeast - 1.4 oz
- Oregano - to taste
- Tomato Puree - 17.6 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 3.5 oz
- Herring - 12.3 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 3.5 oz
- Frozen green bean pods - 3.5 oz
- Hard Cheese - 10.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the flour with the yeast and salt, then pour in warm water and knead the dough. Let it rise. Afterward, roll out the dough into a rectangular shape, fold the edges up high, and place it on a baking sheet lined with foil.
Step 2
Drizzle the dough with oil and spread a thick layer of tomato puree on top. Sprinkle with salt and oregano. Arrange pieces of herring crosswise on top, filling the spaces with mushrooms, diced tomatoes, olives, and thawed peas. Generously sprinkle grated cheese over everything.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Place the baking sheet with the pizza in the oven for 20 minutes, then serve the finished pizza immediately.
