Pizza with Fried Fish and Red Caviar
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 21.2 oz
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 1½ cups
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 5 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Fish - 14.1 oz
- Dry yeast - 0.7 oz
- Red Caviar - 1.8 oz
- Cheese Spread - 1.1 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 3.5 oz
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Celery salt - 1 bunch
- Hazelnut - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the yeast, sugar, and 0.5 cups of water and let it sit in a warm place for 20-30 minutes.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix the butter, tomato sauce, 0.5 cups of water, and salt, then add it to the yeast mixture. Gradually add the flour and knead the dough. If it is too thick, add another 0.5 cups of water, mix thoroughly again, and let it rest for 30-40 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the fish fillet into pieces and fry in vegetable oil with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Divide the prepared dough into 5-6 pieces, roll each piece into a flat round shape, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Spread tomato sauce over the dough, top with sliced mushrooms and fried fish fillet.
Step 6
Boil the eggs hard, chop finely, and place them on top of the mushrooms. Add a bit of red caviar.
Step 7
Sprinkle the pizza with grated cheese, place it in the oven, and bake at 250 °C until done.
Step 8
Drizzle the finished pizza with mayonnaise mixed with chopped hazelnuts, garnish with red caviar, and sprinkle with finely chopped greens.
