- Milk - ½ cup
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Dry yeast - 0.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Tomatoes - 6 pieces
- Skate Fillet - 10.6 oz
- Smoked salt - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 21.2 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 1.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Melted Cheese - 10.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, add 1 tablespoon of flour, mix, then add vegetable oil, beaten egg, and the remaining flour. Knead the dough and let it rise in a warm place.
Step 2
Roll out the prepared dough into a thin round and place it on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Finely chop the fried pike fillet and smelt, but do not mix them.
Step 4
Chop the onion, sauté it in oil, and let it cool.
Step 5
Slice the tomatoes into rounds, season with salt, and arrange them on the dough. Then, spread the sautéed onion and pieces of pike fillet on top. Garnish the pizza with cheese, pieces of smelt, and olives, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 °C. Drizzle the finished pizza with sauce and serve.
