Ingredients
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Balsamic Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Goat cheese - 7.1 oz
- Pizza Flour - 17.6 oz
- Clear Apple Juice - 1 piece
- Peeled chestnuts - 2.3 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil. Add the thinly sliced onion and sauté until soft and caramelized, about 15-20 minutes. Pour in the balsamic vinegar and cook until the liquid evaporates.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 500°F.
Step 3
Roll out the dough into a circle and transfer it to a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil.

Top with the onion, cored and sliced apple, crumbled gorgonzola, and sprinkle with lightly chopped walnuts.
