Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 17.6 oz
- Pizza Flour - 10.6 oz
- Artichoke bottoms - 2 pieces
- Ham - 7.1 oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 12 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the leaves from the artichokes, cut the heads into wedges, and place them in water with lemon juice to prevent browning. Peel and slice the tomatoes into rounds. Cut the ham into thin strips.
Step 2
Roll out the dough and drizzle with oil. Layer the tomatoes, ham, artichoke wedges, and top with olives if desired, sprinkle with pepper and grated cheese. Bake in a well-heated oven for 35 minutes.
