Pizza with Leeks and Artichokes
Ingredients
- Bacon - 6 pieces
- Canned White Asparagus - 1 can
- Leek - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Pizza Flour - 10.6 oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Heat a skillet and fry the bacon without oil. Remove and drain on parchment paper, then chop and set aside.
Step 2
Add the oil from the artichokes to the skillet and sauté the leek until soft. Set aside.
Step 3
Roll out the dough and place it on a greased baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and add the artichokes and leek. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the edges are crispy, adding the parmesan for the last 2 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from the oven, top with bacon, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
