Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Kefir - 1 cup
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Margarine - 1.8 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Dry yeast - 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Balsamic Vinegar - 3 tablespoons
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Onion - 2 heads
- Herbes de Provence - to taste
- Duck - 17.6 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 10.6 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Cheese Spread - 10.6 oz
- Dill - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix cold margarine, egg, and kefir with yeast, salt, and flour to knead a firm dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Marinate the duck fillet for 2 hours. For the marinade, mix olive oil with balsamic vinegar. Add salt, pepper, garlic, onion, and herbs de Provence. Slice the marinated duck.
Step 3
Wash the mushrooms, clean them, and slice them.
Step 4
Peel the onion, rinse it with cold water, and slice it into thin rings.
Step 5
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 6
Slice the tomatoes.
Step 7
Sort the dill and parsley, wash them, and chop them.
Step 8
Roll out the prepared dough into a round thin flatbread, brush both sides with olive oil, and place it on a baking sheet.
Step 9
Top the dough with duck fillet, mushrooms, and onion, season with salt, layer the tomatoes on top, and sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs.
Step 10
Place the baking sheet with the pizza in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and bake for 15 minutes.
