Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 2½ cups
- Baking Powder - 2½ teaspoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Water - ¾ cup
- Dried Rosemary - 0.4 oz
- Fresh basil leaves - 0.4 oz
- Frozen White Mushrooms - 3.5 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 5 tablespoons
- Aged gouda cheese - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the dry ingredients.
Step 2
Add water and oil.
Step 3
Thoroughly mix until a ball forms. If the dough is too crumbly, add more water. The dough should be soft but not too sticky.
Step 4
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 3–5 minutes.
Step 5
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about half a centimeter.
Step 6
Spread the tomato paste and sprinkle with basil.
Step 7
Place the gouda, then the tomatoes, and then the marinated mushrooms.
Step 8
Season everything with oregano and salt.
Step 9
Bake at 392°F for 15–25 minutes.
