Ingredients
- Pizza Flour - 17.6 oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Melted Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Pears - 2 pieces
- Walnuts - 1.8 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Roll out the dough into a thin circle. Place it on a floured baking sheet. Brush with olive oil.
Step 3
Grate the Parmesan cheese and sprinkle it over the dough. Top with slices of pear, rings of onion, and balls of mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 20 – 25 minutes.
Step 5
Sprinkle chopped walnuts over the hot pizza and add a few more slices of fresh pear.
