  • Marinated cherries - 2.5 oz
  • Melted Cheese - 2.1 oz
  • Philadelphia Cheese - 2.5 oz
  • Parmesan Cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Lightly Salted Red Fish - 2.8 oz
  • Basil - 1.1 oz
  • Pizza Flour - 5.6 oz
  • Mineral water - 2 fl oz
  • Salt - 0.1 oz
  • Dry yeast - 0 oz
  • Sugar - 0.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In room temperature water, dissolve: salt, sugar (use half the amount of sugar compared to salt), and yeast, then add all the flour at once. During the mixing process, add olive oil. Knead the dough.

Step 2

Place in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

Step 3

Roll out the prepared dough to a thickness of no more than 5 mm, lightly brush with olive oil, evenly spread the Philadelphia cheese, add mozzarella (in cubes), halved cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan.

Step 4

Bake in the oven for 7-8 minutes at 300 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 5

Before serving, garnish with fresh basil leaves, slices of salmon, and drizzle with olive oil.
